A Few Everyday Favourites

Everyday Favourites

Over the last month or so I’ve somehow managed to master getting ready in about 30 minutes. Although this probably seems double the time to some it’s surprisingly very good for me! As soon as I’ve found a beauty routine that works and a hair style that’s effortlessly easy I literally cannot get enough! I think it’s all down to a few new everyday favourites.

Lush Ultrabland Cleanser: My morning always starts with a nourishing skincare routine. I am obsessed with this creamy, balm like cleanser that melts into the skin like a dream. I use it both morning and night which has really helped to comfort any dry, problematic areas. It’s so hydrating and gentle which really helps my complexion to look it’s best on a daily basis. It’s beautifully simple yet so effective and easily one of the best things to happen to my skin!

Too Faced Hangover Primer – I picked this up after hearing so many amazing reviews. I’m always out to achieve glowing, radiant skin so this seemed like a match made in heaven. This primer is infused with hydrating coconut oil, probiotics and skin revivers which to me is essential for the mornings! It’s quite quickly become one of my everyday favourites.

Lancome Teint Idole 24 Hour Foundation* – I have to say this foundation took me completely by surprise. I’m usually one for dewy bases that add a whole helping of radiance into the skin but the velvety, super smoothing finish of this semi-matte formula is just beautiful. The coverage is great meaning I only need a thin layer to get my perfect, everyday skin. The best thing is it still looks untouched after a whole day of wear!

Lee Stafford Coco Loco Dry Shampoo – I’m quite a Lee Stafford addict when it comes to my hair care routine. I’m currently obsessed with this super lightweight yet texturising dry shampoo. It’s totally invisible in the hair but adds the perfect ‘morning after’ texture to the roots. I spray this in after styling for an added boost of volume without the gritty feel of other dry shampoos. Also, who doesn’t want their hair to smell like coconuts?!

Sephora Sculpting Blush Palette – Although not easy to get hold of in the UK this little palette has become a staple in my collection. I’m really enjoying the muted shades of blush to add a pop of colour to my cheeks as the autumn approaches. I’ve always been a little scared of blush but this palette is a game changer!

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfecter in Opal – This was one of my first Becca purchases and it’s quickly made it’s way into my everyday routine. If I’m really going the extra step for a healthy complexion I’ll dust this finely milled illuminator all over for a golden, opal glow. The powder is so buttery it rarely leaves a trace on the skin yet catches the light in such a flattering way! I’m in love.
