A Summer To Do List

summer to do list Now we are half way through the year and well into the height of the season I wanted to put together a little summer to do list. I’ve been picking up all of the fresh flowers, eating copious amounts of strawberries and swapping jeans for dresses on a regular occurrence. Plus the warm summer evenings with glowing pink skies are my favourite!

Create a blogging corner in our new home. I have wanted to create a designated blogging area for the last year and now I finally have some space to do just that. I have been on the lookout for the perfect desk, all of the pretty stationary and some new accessories to create the cosiest blogging corner possible.

Try some new beauty brands. With IT Cosmetics now being stocked in Selfridges and Glossier soon to be available in the UK, I can hardly contain my excitement to try some new brands. I already have my eye on the IT Cosmetics CC Cream and the Cloud Paints from Glossier but I’m sure my wishlist will soon grow!

Prepare for a summer trip to Paris. We’ve booked a little trip back to Paris in August and I cannot wait. I totally fell in love with the city and there’s still so much more we want to explore. I always research the places I want to visit beforehand to make the most of the trip and discover some new must-see places. I really want to find some rooftop views, beautiful cafes and of course, pick up all of the Sephora goodies.

Add some greenery into our home. I am forever on the hunt for the perfect, low maintenance house plants to fill any empty spaces. I absolutely love the Scandinavian vibes that greenery instantly brings to a home and Pinterest has given me so many ideas! If you have any recommendations then please let me know!

Pick up some new coffee table books. I’ve exhausted all of my easy reads and I’m currently on the hunt for a few more. I love having piles of pretty books gracing my shelves and coffee table. I have my eye on Almost Adulting,  Ice Cream For Breakfast and Love x Style x Life. All of these look like the perfect summer evening reads.

What is on your summer to do list?
