I’ve been on a little homeware shopping spree recently and I’m loving the difference a few little items have made to my bedroom. One place I cant get enough of right now is H&M home. I absolutely love everything on their site and could spend hours scrolling through their beautiful yet super affordable homeware. I wanted to share a few little tips on updating your home for spring.
Fresh new bedding > I’ve been after some new bedding for a while and found this beautiful patterned set for only £25! I settled for the pale grey and white to brighten up my room but I’ve already decided to get the pink set too! I absolutely love the difference a set of new bedding can make to your room. I’ve also packed away my super thick throws and cosy cushions and swapped them for this beautiful blush pink duo. The whole aesthetic is perfect for spring.
Plants & flowers > I don’t have a great track record for keeping plants alive but faux ones on the other hand are everything. This little grass pot is super easy to place in any corner and always looks great! Little bouquets of spring flowers are also the easiest way to update your home for spring – I’m on the lookout for my first ever bunch of pink peonies this year!
Blush pink & gold accents > I’ve been going through a gold phase recently and I feel like it’s a lot more spring appropriate than copper. I have been obsessed with this little gold wire grid and it’s super fun to play around with depending on where I place it. I also love the blush pink and gold combination. It’s so on trend right now and it’s a super refreshing colour palette for spring. This little soap dispenser is so beautiful and can be filled with so many different products.
Spring scents > I’ve finally packed away my warm, cosy candles and added in a few fresh smelling scents to the mix. I love the Landon Tyler ‘Country Meadow’ candle for that fresh, spring/summers morning scent. I’ve been patiently waiting for the right time to burn my Diptyque Baies candle. If you haven’t tried this one then I highly recommend picking one up for spring or the beautiful room spray!
