I’m totally obsessed with all things homeware right now. I literally spend my evenings scrolling through pinterest looking at the most beautiful home set ups and planning away my future place. I’m in love with the idea of a monochrome and blush pink colour theme right now. It has definitely taken over my love for copper and rose gold as it just looks so modern and fresh. I can’t wait to move out and apply this to different areas of my house. I have been taking little steps towards moving in to my own place over the last year, picking up homeware necessities whenever I come across something I can’t leave behind or find a good deal. So today I wanted to share all things homeware with you.
When it comes to filling a white space I love standing up a framed print rather than hanging it. These beautiful gold foil prints
are perfect for adding a background to a plain area. They are really versatile and would work well in any space or room. I know these will be great for adding into a gallery wall one day too!
One thing I have my eye on right now is this Giant Faux Cactus
. I absolutely love this idea as they require no maintenance at all! This one actually looks really realistic and at such a great price so I know it will only be a matter of time before it’s mine. Again this one simple item can totally update a room or area really nicely!
I’ve been seeing these beautiful blush pink fluffy pillows
everywhere right now and I need to pick one up! I love adding new cushions and throws on to my bed to change up the feel of the whole room. Changing the colour of your bedding can instantly refresh your room for different seasons.
A recent find are these beautiful marble and gold makeup holders
from Anthropologie. I think these are so good for displaying a few favourite items and can easily be changed around on a weekly basis. Although they are quite expensive, they would work well in any room and they look so luxurious!
I try to save money wherever possible and picked up these simple monogram mugs for only 25p in the sale! They add a bit of interest to the kitchen side when styling them with other little trinkets. I love this metal cactus trivet
from H&M for layering different utensils. TK Max is perfect for one off finds such as marble boards, brass utensils and homeware.
Finally, I couldn’t talk all things homeware without including a candle of some sort. I have so many candles and love them all for different reasons! My favourites, of course, are from the Diptyque range
. I love how luxurious they are and how they fill the house with the most beautiful scent. The jars are perfect for displaying things after too!
What are your top homeware picks right now?
