Firstly, I hope you all had an amazing Christmas time with lots of food, family time and relaxing! I absolutely loved taking some time off to do nothing but enjoy the moment. I love seeing what everyone got for Christmas as a bit of inspiration for future gifts and sale shopping! For those of you who like having a sneak peak at what other people got I thought I’d share some of my fashion and beauty gifts with you all. I also received some lovely pieces for the home which will be appearing in a room tour post and the most beautiful bag which I’m certain you’ll see more of soon!
Diptyque Baies Candle:
I’ve wanted one of these gorgeous Diptyque candles for so long now! We’ve had Baies burning in the house throughout the year and I couldn’t resist asking for one of my own! The fresh blackberry scent is one of my all time favourites and the packaging fits in with my room perfectly! I cant wait to use the glass jar for makeup storage once the candle is burnt too!
Diptyque Baies Room Spray:
To go alongside the candle I also received the room spray. I actually thought this might be great at using as a body spray too, so if anyone has tried this then let me know! You get such a generous amount of product and again the scent is just amazing! I can’t wait to give my room a little re-arrange and use this to bring in the new year.
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in Very Victoria: I’ve been so impressed with all of the Charlotte Tilbury lip products I’ve tried so far I couldn’t resist adding in a nude to my collection. I’ve only worn this one once so far but as expected it’s a lovely everyday nude that’s semi-matte and beautiful to wear. It’s always a luxury to receive a Charlotte Tilbury product as everything from the quality to the packaging is just perfect.
MAC Lip Liner in Boldly Bare:
After using ‘Whirl’ and ‘Soar’ religiously this year I thought it was about time to try out a new shade. Boldly Bare has been on my wishlist for a while now and seeing as I wear a lot of natural lip colours on an everyday basis I knew this one would fit in to my collection perfectly. It is really great for neatening up a nude lip for a more precise finish and it looks lovely applied all over just by itself.
Olivia Burton Dusky Pink Wonderland Watch:
This one was a complete surprise! I’ve been going on about a new watch for a month or two after my last one was so worn out I could no longer wear it. I absolutely love the soft pink strap with the rose gold face. The vintage design in the detail is so beautiful and it literally goes with everything in my wardrobe! I love Olivia Burton’s range so much.
Zoeva Rose Gold Luxury Brush Set:
As far as makeup brushes go these are gorgeous! I rarely ever treat myself to new brushes and have been using my Real Techniques ones for years now. The rose gold and black design is so stylish and it works out better value to get the whole set rather than buy them individually. I love these so much already and they apply makeup so beautifully.
Caudalie Vinosource Christmas Cracker:
I’ve tried a few Caudalie products before and have always had amazing results. This little Caudalie Christmas Cracker includes three of their best sellers from the Vinosource range including the Moisturising Mask, SOS Thirst Quenching Serum and the Moisturising Sorbet. All three are perfect for a January skin pick me up and a great way to try before you buy.
Yankee Candle Christmas Collection Gift Set:
I’m such a massive fan of having all of the candles lit and I love Christmas scents the most. This is the most beautiful gift containing all of the Christmas favourites in different sizes. It’s the perfect winter warmer gift and perfect for any candle lover! I can’t wait to have these burning throughout the winter to prolong the festive season that little bit longer!
So that’s what I got for Christmas very generously this year in terms of beauty!
What was the highlight of your Christmas?
