Creating a Perfect Workspace:

Workspace 1

I have always loved the idea of having a little area to write my blog at rather than balancing my laptop in yoga like positions on my bed/sofa. I’m still living at home with my family which means I don’t have much free space to play around with at the moment but after some reshuffling in my bedroom I’ve managed to clear a space specifically to create a ‘blogging station.’ Seeing as I spend a lot of my free time writing up blog posts and taking photos I thought it was about time I made this happen and as soon as I’m back from London in a few weeks time it’s all set to go. Here are a few gorgeous photos from around the internet that have inspired me for my own home project.

As you can tell from the pictures above (click on the images for where I found them) I’m going for a simple, clean monochrome style with a pop of colour through adding some fresh flowers and accessories. I also love the idea of a mismatched photo wall just above the desk and have already picked out some gorgeous prints from etsy. Copper and marble are also really on trend right now and I have my eye on some lovely items from H&M home, Oliver Bonas and Anthropologie to look out for whilst in London. I’m really excited to finally have my own little workspace and I can’t wait to show you the finished design.

How would you design your perfect workspace?
